Prestige Plant Hangers Returns Policy

At Prestige Plant Hangers, we take pride in our plant hangers designed for colorbond fences, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The only issue that you "may" have is mastering the fitting technique, which once done you should find this quite easy. We have had many friends and family members use these hangers for some time already and in every instance they have found it relatively easy once done a few times, and often they have had no problems at all. (Please refer to fitting video on our website, or phone to discuss).\

If you have any questions or concerns with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may request photos of the damage for our records.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at contact@prestigeplanthangers.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
